EXPERIENCE

Over thirty-five years experience in providing architectural services.  Over fifty percent of work done for over eighty-four
different school districts in the State of Arkansas comprised of over three hundred different projects, and for fifteen Housing
Authorities in the State comprised of over thirty different projects.  Approximately fifteen percent of work has been with
federal agencies and industrial work (e.g. Corps of Engineers Postal Services).  Broad experience complying with state and
federal laws, codes and guidelines exemplified by the amount of work done for private industry, school districts, military
installations, state and federal agencies, housing authorities and government supported facilities.  Experience with
Davis-Bacon laws, affirmative action requirements, Uniform Act pertaining to Acquisition, OSHA, ADA and NFPA Life Safety
Code.

AIA Continued Education - AIA member since 1967, continue to exceed the required minimum of continued educational
studies.

Completed an intensive course on design and specifications of Built-up Roofing Systems in 1976, Asbestos Abatement in
1987 and American Disabilities Act in 1992.

Recent attendance at seminars and workshops on new products and techniques including HUD rules and regulations,
local and state governmental rules and regulations, roofing, air conditioning and electrical systems, in addition to extensive
study of International Building Code 2000 and mold abatement.  


Dan F. Stowers has continued to maintain a higher level of continued education than the minimum standards as required
by AIA.
